Rodney Bowman Managing Director
Rodney Bowman became MD in 1985 when he purchased the business. Formally NSS Group operations manager, Rod’s background is as a qualified electrician working with companies such as Wormald on large security contacts. He joined NSS Group in 1977. Rod is an active member of ASIAL and is dedicated to maintaining a culture of continuous improvement at Newhams.
Rod’s primary responsibility is to develop the strategic management, public relations and financial management of NSS Group.
Zora Maticevski (Chief Financial Officer)
Our CFO Zora Maticevski joined NSS Group in 1985 and has held various leadership roles within the company, starting with the group as an accounts clerk. Zora has over 25 years industry experience and has intimate knowledge of Newhams Security operations.
Zora is responsible for creating strategic value, customer relations and financial management of cost centres.
David Codrinton (Control Room Manager)
David Codrington, our control room manager, joined NSS Group in 1985 and has developed with the company through various promotions. David has held the position of control room manager for the past 10 years and is responsible for customer relations and upholding our A1 grading monitoring centre standard, an important part of Newhams Security’s continual compliance regime.
Steve Nastav (Guards Manager)
Our guards manager Steve Nastav has over 20 years industry experience, both as guard manager and security officer. Steve is a licensed security officer, risk assessor and dog handler and trainer. He is responsible for customer relations within the guards division.
